HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Place your scale on a flat, uncarpeted surface for best
accuracy.
2. Ensure you have Bluetooth activated on your phone.
3. Step onto the scale with bare feet (no socks) and wait for it to display 0.00.
4. Open the Fitdays App and connect the BodyLab Smart Scale.
5. Pull out the handle and while standing upright and facing forward, hold the handle steady with both hands at a 45degree angle.
6. Remain still, holding the handle at waist height until the Fitdays App notifies you that your weigh-in is complete.

How often should I use the scale?
We recommend using it once a day at the same time (ideally in the morning) to track consistent, accurate trends over time. Reminder: Your weight can fluctuate daily—even hourly. What matters most is the long-term trend. Tracking consistently gives you a smarter view of your progress.
Do I need to be barefoot to use the scale?
Yes, for accurate readings, you must stand barefoot on the scale. Socks will block the sensors and affect results.
